Notice to Customers Shipping to USA

Executive Orders regarding tariffs and duties have gone into effect in the USA, removing tax exceptions for shipments under a value threshold. All shipments bound for the USA are duty and tariff applicable. Some items in your order may now have up to 35% tax due upon receipt.
The party importing the products into the USA (the buyer) is responsible for all duties, taxes and fees associated with this transaction. Failure to remit the associated import fees with a shipment will result in the shipment being returned, at which point you will be billed for the return shipping and all applicable fees associated with it.

Some goods we sell are exempt from these fees and taxes under the CUSMA trade agreement. If you would like to claim preferential treatment for your applicable goods under CUSMA, you may contact us for a Certificate of Origin (COO) for the applicable goods. This may not apply to all items in your order, so you may still be required to pay import taxes to receive your shipment. Under the CUSMA agreement, the importer must claim preferential treatment and provide the COO for the applicable goods. Please contact us for the COO before you apply for preferential treatment.
