Note to Walk In Customers:
Please place an online order using the "pickup in store" feature in order to guarantee that you receive your items when you come in. When your order is ready to be picked up you will receive an email letting you know. Some orders may take up to 24 hours to process before they are ready for pickup. Some items are processed after the order is placed and therefore may not be available immediately upon request in-store without prior notice.
Shipping
We ship worldwide, usually via Canada Post. A calculated shipping cost will be provided to at the checkout. If flat rate shipping is chosen, we will choose the method of shipping based on the most economical options available.
Please let us know if you want to make different shipping arrangements.
Combining Orders for Shipping
Flat or custom rates do not apply to this option. Orders placed with the "Combined" shipping option are non-refundable until received by customer, at which point they will carry our 14-day "As Seen, As Advertised" policy.
Many of our products, specifically woods, are inherently unique and one-of-a-kind. However, it may not always be economical or efficient to buy and ship one or two pieces at a time if you plan to come back and buy another. That's why we offer the option for customers to COMBINE orders over a period of 30 days and ship them all out at the same time. We reserve the right to restrict any and all customers from using this option at our discretion.
How it Works:
When you choose the "Combine Orders" shipping option, you will have up to 30 days from the first order placed to ship out your orders together. You can contact us at any time within 30 days to request your pending items be shipped to you.
Upon your request or 30 days since your first order, all your items from all your orders will be packed, weighed, and measured, and an invoice for the total shipping amount will be sent to you. Your order will not ship until the outstanding shipping amount has been paid. The buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes and fees associated with this transaction.
Orders placed with the "combined" shipping are non-refundable until received by customer. This means that you cannot receive a refund for items while they are waiting to be shipped, only once you've received and inspected them, at which point they carry our 14-day "As Seen, As Advertised" policy.
COMBINED ORDERS THAT EXCEED 35 DAYS WILL NOT CARRY ANY REFUND GUARANTEE WHATSOEVER, AND MAY BE SHIPPED TO YOU WITH COLLECT SHIPPING WITHOUT NOTICE.

Canada shipments via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Delivery usually takes 10 to 15 business days.
We prefer to deliver via Canada Post with Signature option on orders which include wood, to ensure the couriers don't leave the package exposed to the elements.
There is a 60 lb weight limit, including packing material.

There is a 40 to 60 lb weight limit (depending on destination), including packing material.
For some countries this limit might be smaller. Please check with the Canada Post link provided for the maximum weight allowed for each specific country and for insurance availability.

If shipping to countries with stringent import rules: we’re happy to assist in any way possible; however, ultimately the customer is responsible for acquiring the proper documentation to import the wood species into their country.
